Introduction
This is a letter sent to a client in order to retain the lawyer. It includes the scope of services, the hourly rate and the retainer agreement amount that the client has to send in advance. The client is directed to sign the bottom of the letter and return it to the attorney with a check or other payment in order to initiate the representation.
